Business processing time for items is 1-3 days unless stated otherwise. 

Please allow 1-5 business days for shipping. PLEASE be advised: all shipping carriers are closed on Sundays & holidays. 

All packages can be tracked via USPS.com 

Unless there is an issue on our end, there are no refunds. Exchanges are only available if we make a mistake on my end with your order.

CraveBeautyAllure is NOT responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages. Please contact USPS and give your tracking number to solve any shipping issues. Once your order is shipped out, any shipping delays, how it gets to you or when it gets to you are out of my control !

IF THE WRONG ADDRESS IS PLACED please contact us immediately (cravebeautyy@gmail.com) so we can make the changes to enter the right address. If for any reason the package was already shipped & is returned, you will have to pay a reshipping fee to receive your changed order as requested.
